PRICES

TAXES

Vaca Santa does not guarantee the payment of customs duties in the case of international orders and shipments, as these are charged (if applicable) once the item has arrived at its final destination. These amounts must be paid by the person receiving the product.

AVAILABILITY

All information and details regarding the availability, shipment or delivery of a product are estimates only. In the event that for any reason during the processing of your order, the product ordered by you is no longer available, no charge will be made in respect of those products, we will let you know and allow you to cancel the order or keep the order in force until the product becomes available. 

CHANGES

A maximum of one change can be made at no cost to the customer. From the second change, the customer will have to pay for the collection of the product to be changed and the delivery of the new product.

You may not incorporate any portion of the Vaca Santa Software into your own programs or compile any portion thereof in combination with your own programs, transfer it for use with another service, or sell, rent, lease, loan, credit, distribute or sublicense the Vaca Santa Software or otherwise assign any rights to the Vaca Santa Software in whole or in part. You may not use the Vaca Santa Software for any illegal purpose. We may stop providing any Vaca SantaSoftware and terminate your right to use any Vaca Santa Software at any time. Your rights to use the Vaca Santa Software will automatically terminate without notice from us if you breach any of these Software Terms, the Terms of Use or any other General Terms of Services. Additional third-party terms included in or distributed with certain Vaca Santa Software may apply to the Vaca Santa Software (or to software incorporated into the Vaca Santa Software) that are specifically identified in the applicable documentation that will govern the use of that software in the event of a conflict with these Terms of Use. All software used in any Vaca Santa Service is the property of Vaca Santa.
