Return and/or exchange policy

Before returning and/or exchanging the item(s), please read and follow the instructions below. Make sure you understand our return and/or exchange policy. All of the following rules apply to any product you wish to return and/or exchange.

GENERAL TERMS

  1. To make the return and/or exchange process you must:

Be within 15 calendar days of delivery of your items. Only products returned in their original condition will be accepted.

To return or exchange any garment you must follow these steps:

a) Enter the EXCHANGE section, where you will be asked to send your details and specific information about your exchange or return.

 b) When you send the request, you will receive a reply by e-mail confirming the change or return.

c) Once the client's shipping address has been confirmed, the client will receive a shipping tag that must be pasted on the package to be changed and must take it to the post office chosen by our company.

d) In case of change, the new product will be delivered within 7 working days from the day we receive the shipment from the customer. 

e) In case of return, the refund will be made in the same way of payment as the original purchase, within 15 working days from the day we receive the shipment from the customer.

f) Only your first exchange is free. If you require another change, you will be charged for shipping. 

g) Within the Mexican Republic, the return shipment is free of charge. 

  1. Wrong product:

For wrong product (the product shipped is not the one you purchased or has a defect) once this is confirmed by contacting us at [email protected], we will be in charge of the item exchange and shipping costs.

  1. The size you bought didn't fit or you made a mistake:

You may request another size, provided that the product purchased retains its original packaging, as well as not being stained, abused and smelling of perfume, as well as having requested the form of return and / or exchange in a maximum of 15 calendar days after delivery of your goods and have complied in an appropriate manner with the procedure for return and / or exchange indicated in the previous numbers.

GUARANTEES

In question to quality upon receipt of the product:

We are in charge of the refund and expenses if the customer has received a product with which he is not satisfied. The returned or exchanged product must be in optimum packaging condition and with its original labels attached to the product and the return or exchange must be made within 15 days from the day of delivery of the product.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Products must be returned within 15 days from the day of delivery of the product and the return and/or exchange is accepted only for products in good condition for resale. We reserve the right to refuse the replacement request for any product that has been washed, damaged or without its original label.
