Changes and/or returns for Mexico
The shipments of your first change go on our own!
Does not apply to discount garments.
In case you have bought any of our products with discount shipments to make your change will be charged to you ($ 180).
To make a change or return, send us an email to hello@vacasanta.com with the following information:

In CDMX A caster from a local shipping company will collect the product you want to change or return.

In case of return, your refund will be made in the same way in which the payment was made and you will receive it in approximately 15 working days From the day we receive the returned articles. Refund does not include shipping charge.
